This Privacy Policy describes how Luminous Digital LTDA ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Angel Saint App and our website. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who We Are
Angel Saint App is a spiritual wellness application operated by Luminous Digital LTDA. Our service provides daily guided prayers, Bible verses, devotional programs, sound therapy frequencies, a spiritual journal, and angel guidance content delivered via a web-based application. Payment processing is handled by Digistore24, an independent third-party platform. When you complete a purchase, Digistore24's own privacy policy and terms also apply to that transaction.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Purchase Information: Transaction confirmation data shared by Digistore24 after a successful purchase, including your email and access status. We do not collect or store your payment card details — these are handled exclusively by Digistore24.
Usage Data: How you interact with the app, including features used, content saved, and journal entries. Journal entries are private and visible only to you.
Device and Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and session duration, collected automatically.
Communications: If you contact support, we collect the content of your messages and contact details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and operate the app; verify purchase status and grant access after purchase; send access credentials after checkout; personalize your in-app experience; send service-related communications; analyze usage to improve content; detect and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for third-party advertising and we do not sell your personal data.
4. How We Share Your Information
Digistore24: Shares purchase confirmation and email with us to grant app access.
Service Providers: Trusted vendors (hosting, analytics, email delivery) contractually required to protect your data.
Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect user safety.
Business Transfers: In case of merger or acquisition, with prior notice to users.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account remains active. After account closure, we may keep data for up to 90 days for restoration, then delete or anonymize it. Financial records may be kept up to 7 years as required by law. Journal entries are deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.
6. Your Privacy Rights
You may request: access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, data portability, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Contact us at luminousdigitalltda@gmail.com to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days. Residents of California (CCPA), EU/UK (GDPR), and Brazil (LGPD) have additional rights which we honor.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, analyze usage, and measure marketing performance. You can control cookies via browser settings. We do not use cookies to serve third-party ads.
8. Children's Privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us data, contact us at luminousdigitalltda@gmail.com immediately.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We will notify you of any breach as required by law.
10. Third-Party Services
Digistore24 (payment processing), analytics tools, and email delivery providers each have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will update the "Last updated" date for any changes and notify you by email or in-app notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
