Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Luminous Digital LTDA ("we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the Angel Saint App. By purchasing or using our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Angel Saint App, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Angel Saint App is a faith-based digital wellness application providing: Daily Guided Prayers (new personalized prayers daily across 20+ life situations); Bible Verse of the Day (curated daily scripture with reflection); Devotional Programs (multi-day structured spiritual growth journeys); Sound Therapy Frequencies (healing audio library: 432Hz, 528Hz, 639Hz, 741Hz); Spiritual Reflection Journal (private, prompted daily journal); and Angel Guidance (daily Biblical messages of protection and direction). Content is web-based, requires no download, and is updated regularly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Users between 13 and 18 require parental consent. By using the service you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.

4. Payment

The price is a one-time payment of $29.00 USD granting lifetime access to the Angel Saint App. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewal charges. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Digistore24, whose terms also apply to the transaction. We may change pricing for future purchases at any time; your completed purchase is not affected.

5. Refunds

Since this is a one-time purchase, there is nothing to cancel. We offer a 60-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy. After that period, the purchase is non-refundable. For payment-layer errors or product issues, contact us at luminousdigitalltda@gmail.com.

6. Access After Purchase (Fulfillment)

Upon successful payment, access is granted immediately and automatically: (1) the payment provider confirms payment and notifies us; (2) you receive a login link at your checkout email address within minutes; (3) you click the link to access the app via web browser — no download required; (4) access remains available for as long as the service is offered. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, contact luminousdigitalltda@gmail.com with your receipt.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share login credentials; copy or redistribute app content; use the service unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; use bots or scrapers; misrepresent your identity; or damage the service. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content — prayers, devotionals, audio files, journal prompts, graphics, and the application itself — is the exclusive property of Luminous Digital LTDA or its licensors. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal non-commercial use while the service is available. You may not download, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any content.

9. Disclaimers

The Angel Saint App is for spiritual wellness and personal enrichment only. It is not a substitute for professional religious counsel, mental health treatment, or medical advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Luminous Digital LTDA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Luminous Digital LTDA against claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for: violation of Terms, non-payment, fraudulent behavior, legal requirements, or service discontinuation. Upon termination, access ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Consumers in the EU, Brazil, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws retain their local rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We will update the "Last updated" date for changes and notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
