Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when a purchase of Angel Saint App may be refunded. Angel Saint App is a digital product operated by Luminous Digital LTDA and sold for a one-time payment of $29.00 USD.

1. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 60 calendar days of your purchase. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable consumer law.

2. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to luminousdigitalltda@gmail.com using the same email address used at checkout. Include your full name, purchase date, and order or receipt number so we can locate the transaction.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Digistore24 to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment method and financial institution and may take several business days after approval.

4. Access After a Refund

When a refund is issued, access to Angel Saint App and its digital content ends. You must stop using and may not retain, copy, share, or redistribute any app content.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or the amount is incorrect, contact us promptly with your receipt. We will review the transaction and coordinate with Digistore24 when necessary.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available to you under the laws of your country or region. Where local law provides stronger protections, those protections apply.
